Cancellation Policy

Full attendance and active participation are mandatory for all courses. If a scheduling conflict arises before the course begins, please contact AquaSafe Pro Training to explore potential alternative arrangements.

  • Rescheduling or cancellations made more than eight (8) days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. There is no service fee applied. This applies to all courses.

  • Rescheduling or cancellations made between two (2) and eight (8) days before the course start date are eligible for a refund, minus a $15 service fee.

  • Cancellations within two (2) days of the course start date will not be refunded.

  • Rescheduling requests made two (2) days or less are subject to 50% of the original course fee, in addition to the newly scheduled course fee.

  • Instructor-level courses (e.g., Safety Management Instructor) and pre-scheduled First Aid courses are not eligible for a refund if the request is made within eight (8) days of the course start date.

    Refunds or credits will not be issued for courses or classes missed. Please see table below for a more accurate illustration.
