🩹 First Aid & CPR Courses (Lifesaving Society Certified)

Certification: Lifesaving Society (valid for 3 years)

This comprehensive two-day course covers all the basics: CPR-C (including adult, child, and infant), AED use, bleeding control, shock, and more. It's WSIB-approved and meets most employment standards in Ontario.

Emergency First Aid & CPR-B
Best for: Entry-level workers, community volunteers, and parents.

A one-day alternative to the full standard course. Great for learning the basics of life-saving skills in less time.

❤️ CPR-Only Courses

CPR-C with AED
Best for: Coaches, fitness professionals, and high school students.

Focused solely on CPR techniques and AED use, this course is ideal for those who don’t require full First Aid certification but want to be prepared in emergencies.

🩺 CPR-HCP (Health Care Provider Level)
Best for: Nurses, medical students, paramedics, dental professionals, and other healthcare workers.

CPR-HCP is the most advanced level of CPR training designed specifically for those working or training in a clinical setting. This course includes all aspects of CPR skills and theory for adult, child, and infant victims, including rescue breathing (artificial respiration) and the use of AEDs and bag-valve-masks (BVM).
